Workouts should include multiple body parts, including muscles and joints, moving in multiple ranges of motion. When full-body movements are done under control you will develop strength in a way that will carry over to your everyday life. My emphasis on flexibility and mobility will have you moving better than ever so that you can feel better in and out of the gym.
