At 64 years of age, I had lost strength and mobility and it was appearing in everyday life as well as on the golf course. Walking down a flight of stairs was becoming a challenge as was playing golf at a competitive level. Looking at myself in the mirror had me focusing on the wrinkles on my face and my sagging body.
After a phone interview with Patrick, it became apparent he understood at a high level the benefits of improving mobility and strength. He asked detailed questions and provided me with a custom training program. With little more than 30 minutes a day/ 4 days a week, I was able to transform my aging body into a noticeably different "in shape" man.
My goal was to be able to take my shirt off in Florida and not be conscious of my physical appearance. I was never grossly overweight but the process Patrick took me through redistributed that weight and for the first time in years I was proud to take my shirt off at the pool. I am also a competitive golfer, having won many club events over the years. This year I was crowned Sr Club Champion and in part, it was due to my improved mobility and strength. I am hitting the ball farther and I am no longer fatigued after the round.
Patrick "gets it" ...........he didn't require me to buy fancy weights or equipment, he simply worked with me and used my own body weight to build muscle and flexibility. Patrick has opened my eyes to simplified strength and mobility training. I can work out at my home; I don't need a gym and I can get results that I am proud of. For me, being able to stay home to work out and yet know my Coach is only an email away, allows me to feel confident I can continue to progress. Having met my goals (more strength, more flexibility, more mobility, and a body I am not ashamed of) came together within 120 days.
