StrongFit Foundations: Online Personal Training Program
My online coaching program will take the guesswork out of your training so you can maximize your results without spending hours in the gym, allowing you to spend more time with your family, focus on your job, and do all the other things you enjoy.
I will teach you how to improve your nutrition with realistic strategies that will last a lifetime.
As your coach, I will hold you accountable so you will stay on track and keep focused even during your busiest times because failure happens in isolation and I’ll never let you feel alone. I will be there every step of the way to make sure you don’t quit even when you feel like giving up.
You and I will talk once a week through a video call check-in so you can have the support you need to stay on track. You’ll receive a custom data-tracking spreadsheet that will track your progress every step of the way.
These workouts can be completed from the comfort of your own home, removing the need to be present in the gym. If you have a gym membership and enjoy going to the gym you can get your workouts to take to the gym and put in the work with some of your favorite equipment. You will build strength and muscle with strength training and improve your heart health with cardio. While writing your workouts I will manage your fatigue and recovery so you can put forth the right amount of effort to get results without burning out from your training.
My number one goal is to improve your quality of life. I want to make your life better by helping you with one or more of the following things.
Improve your overall health to feel better and live longer
Build strength so you can have independence and do what makes you happy
Run a 5K or improve your cardio
Increase flexibility and mobility because you deserve to feel good
