As your coach, I’ll hold you accountable to stay on track and focused, even during life’s busiest moments. Failure often happens in isolation—but with me by your side, you’ll never feel alone. I’ll be there every step of the way, helping you push through challenges and ensuring you don’t give up when things get tough.
Each week, we’ll connect through a video call check-in to review your progress and provide the support you need to stay motivated. You’ll also receive a custom data-tracking spreadsheet that keeps you organized and monitors your results every step of the way.
The program is flexible to fit your lifestyle. Workouts can be completed from the comfort of your home, or if you prefer the gym, you’ll get customized routines that incorporate your favorite equipment. Your workouts will focus on building strength and muscle through effective strength training while improving your heart health with cardio. I’ll carefully manage your fatigue and recovery to ensure you can train effectively without burning out.
